Case study: A digital skills circle that needed structure
Program lead, community nonprofit, Ontario (Canada)
Problem: workshops were useful, but notes were scattered and new participants didn’t know what “good participation” looked like.
Approach: the team standardized event pages (agenda, time zone, accessibility), added a “recommended next resource” block, and published short summaries within 48 hours.
Outcome: fewer repetitive questions, more consistent follow-up, and a clearer on-ramp for people joining their first session.
